　　作品老猿，背也驼了，手脚也变形了，但它还是一步一步的往前走，去哪呢？去寻根问土，老了，寻找儿时生活的地方，这就是人们常说的叶落归根。作者有感于改革开放八十年代初期，很多台湾老兵纷纷来到魂牵梦萦的大陆，踏上久违的故土。作品使用匣钵土用国画大写意的手法，整体大气，充满膨胀感和体积感，蕴藏着深沉的感情。

Falling Leaves Return to Their Roots：in 1985,  Material: saggar clay  size: 29cm×24cm 

 

　　And old ape, back bent, feet and hands distorted, taking steps to where it belongs as falling leaves return to their roots. This work is inspired by many Taiwan veterans’ returning to homeland since the Reform and Opening up in the early 1980s. Saggar clay with freehand techniques of Chinese painting bestows on the work an impression of expansiveness and bulkiness.
